Terms & Conditions
Quality ex-display models available for purchase. Prices start from £2,500 and models are reserved with a deposit paid on a single order by 30th September 2023.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to InHouse Inspired Room Design Ltd. The “purchase” refers to either a complete kitchen or bathroom product placed with a 10% deposit paid on a single order.
By entering an agreement to buy an ex-display model, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All orders must be received by midnight on 30th September 2023. Customers must be over 18 years old on the date of their purchase. Complete kitchens and bathroom products are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. Why are you selling your displays?
We’ll soon be unveiling a brand-new showroom, so we’re offering most of our current displays to make room for some fantastic new products. Expect the same quality and functionality synonymous with German kitchen brands like Schüller and next125, alongside our new and updated lines.
What is the reduction in price?

How many displays are available?
We have a number of kitchen displays and bathroom products available. We expect them to sell quickly – secure your display/product with a 10% deposit that we will hold for five days – and you’ll be able to take it home in October/November – just in time for Christmas!
Can I buy parts of the display and not others?
Our kitchen displays have been designed as a whole concept by our interior design experts, to ensure each element blends seamlessly – it would be a shame to split it up! Therefore, all of our kitchen displays are being sold as seen.
Because bathrooms lend themselves to more fixtures and fittings, many elements have been integrated into the showroom and would lose their quality upon deconstruction. Therefore, bathroom products are able to be purchased individually.
Do the kitchen displays come with appliances/additions?
All integrated appliances are to be included in the purchase. Any free-standing appliances can be sold separately
Is installation included?
We are unable to offer installation, but our team will be happy to point you in the direction of local installers.
Can I take my kitchen/products away with me on the day?
We are sure you’ll understand that the process of creating a fantastic new showroom can take some time – as they say, good things come to those who wait! We still want to be able to offer our usual excellent standard of service to other customers, so we will only be able to issue the displays/products in October/November. While you wait, you can enjoy shopping for some other great purchases for your home with the money you saved in this amazing sale, with up to 70% off RRP.
How long have these products been on display?
We opened our Hexham showroom in 2019, some models/products have been on display longer than others. Our team always work hard to ensure everything is treated with TLC, meaning that these displays are still of high-quality. All displays/items in the showroom sale are sold as seen, so please inspect everything closely before making your purchase.
How will I know if displays/products will fit in my home?
When you come to our showroom, please bring all of your room measurements with you, so when you see something you like, you can snap it up before anyone else. When measuring your current space, as well as measuring the length and width, don’t forget to include the height of the ceiling and any windows and doors. It’s also helpful to make a note of any electric sockets, waste pipes, boilers and the size of any appliances/furniture you will be keeping. If you need any further advice on the other things to consider, please call our team on 01434 400 070. We will offer as much help as we can, however, as we are unable to visit your home in person, ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure all measurements are correct before making a purchase.
How do I reserve my display?
If you find something you love, which we’re sure you will, you can reserve it with a 10.% deposit of the full price in order to secure it as yours. We can hold this for five days and the full balance would be due.
The displays are sold as seen and are non-returnable or refundable
Is delivery included?
Delivery can be arranged within the price within a 30-mile radius of NE46. A delivery charge will apply outside this area. Customers are also welcome to collect the displays with an agreed time/date.
