Outstanding. From the very first meeting, through the design stage and installation the service was wonderful. Kye gave fabulous advice and nothing was ever a problem. The install team were punctual, tidy and were genuine craftsmen. Even when we asked for last minute amendments this was done with great enthusiasm. I am absolutely obsessed with all the furniture from InHouse it is fantastic quality and so unique. I currently have bedroom furniture from here and it is so beautiful. The kitchens and bathrooms are to die for they are stunning!! I’d highly recommend InHouse to anyone, the staff are so knowledgeable and they are extremely helpful which is exactly what you need when making such a decision. In-house kitchens in hexham , fantastic quality , not the cheapest , but if you don’t want an ordinary kitchen and somethings bit different , I doubt you can do better, we looked for 6 months till we saw the kitchens at hexham. Fantastic service from Michael and he must have come out to the house 7 times with his ruler as I kept changing things. My house is a 300 year old water mill so it had to be nearly bespoke.go and have a look..can’t recommend them enough..fantastic .

In house had designed, sourced and fitted the kitchens in our new house.
Its a beautiful job.
As ever, there were some snags in our new house, some involving the kitchen.
Inhouse, have been fantastic. They listened to the issues we raised and very quickly, fixed the problems.
A panel also required replacement, Inhouse again quickly agreed to order a new panel, told me when it would be in and call me asa soon as to fit it.

Customer care, exceptional. They understand the speed issues shiukd be resolved for customers.
